c/Sgt. Maj. Jay Siliphet

c/Sgt. Maj. Siliphet is a senior coming from a military family. He was born in England and has moved to places such as Germany, California, Belgium and finally Maryland because of the awesome opportunities the military provides. He majors in Information Science and is hoping to branch into Cyber/Signal. As the Operations Sergeant Major, he is responsible for the execution of training at Labs and FTXs. He is also tasked with tracking After Actions Reviews and implementing changes in future operations. He is excited to be in the field and provide quality training for the Battalion.
