CDT Matthew Stacy is from Cecil County, Maryland, attended North East High school, and is a Senior currently studying Communications at the University of Maryland. CDT Stacy currently serves as the Terrapin battalions, Chaplain. The Chaplain’s primary duty is to monitor the Battalion's mental health and improve cadets' morale.
