c/Command Sgt. Maj. Jacob Collins

c/Command Sgt. Maj. Collins is a senior in UMD’s Smith School of Business majoring in Supply Chain Management and is originally from Bedford, NH. As the c/Command Sgt. Maj., he is the senior c/NCO and chief advisor to the Cadet Battalion Commander (c/BC). He extends the command influence of the c/BC, assesses morale within the Battalion, and assists during critical training events. He is responsible for leading by example, providing mentorship, and providing insight in areas of training, leading, and caring within the Battalion.
